Application Guidelines
1. Open Universitas Gadjah Mada Admission web page and create user account by clicking Sign Up. Web page: https://admission.ugm.ac.id/registration/
2. Enter user information in Registration Form and click Register.
3. Confirmation screen will appears, means that you have successfully register to Universitas Gadjah Mada Admission system.
4. Check your email inbox to verify your account. Together with the verification link, your username and password are also sent with the same email. 
5. Once you have verified your account, you will be redirected to Universitas Gadjah Mada Admission page and notification of success activation will appear.
6. Enter your username and password that have been sent to your email to login to Universitas Gadjah Mada Admission system.
7. In Office of International Affairs UGM admission system there will be list of international programs, scroll down and search for “7th Asean Student Leaders Forum (ASLF) & 3rd AUN Student Affairs Network (AUN-SAN) Meeting” and click Apply.
8. You will be directed to ASLF Online Registration Form, fill your personal data in the designated form.
9. In Study Planning in Universitas Gadjah Mada section choose Scholarship for Financial Sponsor and fill Funding Resources with UGM
10. In Guarantor section fill the form with the following text and after that please click Submit:

11. In the next page you will be asked to upload required documents (Color scan of passport and Official passport size photograph) and choose Submit.
12. After you finish uploading your documents, click Next/Submit in the bottom of the section
13. Check again your personal information and other information that you have submitted, after all the filled forms are correct please check the Terms and Agreement and finally, click Submit
14. Notification screen indicating that you have successfully registered to ASLF will appears, please wait for the acceptance from Office of International Affairs UGM.
15. Check your email inbox regularly, if you have received Acceptance Letter from OIA UGM it means that your registration is completed and you do not need to do anything again.
